As this major Philadelphia Hospital expanded their services, the admission center needed to grow to accommodate increased patient flow. The design provides a gracious concierge greeting station and a variety of comfortable waiting spaces, all detailed to create an efficient and easy arrival experience. Lighting and materials were selected to create a comforting experience that will reduce the stress of arriving at a hospital.

Waiting Room: Warm colors and small scale seating areas create a comfortable, low stress environment.

Registration Cubicles: Acoustic panels at registration stations create private at check-in.

Front Desk: Diffused light and organic materials soften the concierge desk.
